About the Role :
As a Partner, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and providing visionary leadership to our client’s new Healthcare Practice.
You will oversee high-impact projects, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice through innovative solutions and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client portfolio
- Develop and nurture robust client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored, strategic solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge insights to clients.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in the Healthcare Payer and Provider industry, partnering with major healthcare organisations, insurers, and provider networks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver outstanding results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong business development skills with a history of successfully growing client portfolios
- Advanced degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Expertise in partnering with payers and providers in strategic areas such as market access, pricing and reimbursement, product launch strategy, regulatory strategy, commercial strategy, and corporate strategy
