Job Summary :

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and insights delivery for the U.S. Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending division. The role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow. You’ll collaborate closely with a small team and contribute to reporting and presentation deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and report on operational and financial data
  • Develop presentations and summarize insights
  • Support data visualization and basic forecasting
  • Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Use advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, vlookups)

Required Experience :

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities

    • Nice-to-Have Experience :

  • Risk or control data exposure (1+ year)
  • Power BI or data visualization tools
  • Experience researching and interpreting data trends

    • Required Skills :

  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
  • MS PowerPoint and MS Office Suite
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Data analysis

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Power BI (preferred but not required)
  • Data visualization
  • Presentation development
