Job Details : Purpose

Works with the Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) Manager to include updating, maintaining, and documenting security training briefings and employee training records as set forth in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, and other DoD Intelligence Community Directives, DoD 5105.21 and 5205.07 series manuals.

Responsibilities

Performs administrative functions required to identify, track, and maintain all employee security and training records.

Develops use instructions for the various systems and databases.

Responsible for maintaining ARL access control records and employee badging.

Support the SETA Manager in providing foreign travel security and threat awareness information to lab personnel and maintains employee travel records.

Support the SETA Manager in the development and implementation of Security Awareness campaigns.

Responsible for identifying issues within the security management system.

Responsible for RSS website updates.

Coordinates RSS SharePoint enhancements.

Other related functions as assigned.

Required Qualifications

HS / GED.

Seven years of related administrative experience.

Strong communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills; self-motivated with ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects; ability to work with people in a team environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

US Citizen. Applicant selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the level appropriate to the project requirements of the position. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Extensive experience in a complex administrative role.

One year working with a security information management system.

Salary Range

$52,000-$58,000+ / negotiable depending on qualifications.
