Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and creative Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our Pattern Promotions team. This role is perfect for someone eager to start their marketing career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and help promote our clients' brands effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Create and manage content for social media platforms and websites
- Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for campaigns
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking with a passion for marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software is a plus
