Hybrid : This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the technical center in either Roswell, GA or Austin, TX three times per week, at minimum.
The Role :
Drive Search Transformation with AI / ML capability for eCommerce physical and digital platforms with potential expansion to other platforms to increase conversion rate and drive better search engine results and optimization.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead software system design, development, and delivery.
- Monitor, support and drive Search Tool performance and reliability for business continuity and growth including debugging and solving operation issues.
- Work with internal eCommerce cross-functional team to address complex problems, define processes or end-to-end solution improvements and implementations, for instance, Data Team, Dev Ops, UI, and eCommerce backend core software engineering team.
- Perform as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one platform or application component.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn innovative technologies.
