Program Support And Customer Liaison

We are seeking a candidate who works well in a team environment, thrives in collaborating with team members to solve problems, demonstrates proficiency in managing multiple tasks, and communicates effectively with both team members and our clients. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and training of technical products and services that provide increased safety, awareness, and accountability to U.S. Government clients. Clearance Requirement : Active Secret.

The candidate will be responsible for :

• Providing in-person, direct support to a U.S. Government client based out of either Washington, DC or Orlando, FL (base location TBD by our USG client) as well as occasional travel (10%) to locations both CONUS and OCONUS.
• Assisting with both training material development, as well as the actual training of technical support equipment.
• Collaborating with company business and development personnel to improve technical product offerings and provide the best in support to the customer.
• Supporting program managers in creating and managing monthly reports.
• Drafting monthly and by-request reports to meet internal and external requirements.
• Attending internal training to become a subject matter expert on the technical products used by the customer.
• Ability to ensure processes and procedures are followed as tailored to various groups and aid in updating processes as needed.
• Draft training documents and materials and maintain them as needed.
• Professionally interacting with multi-agency personnel on behalf of the government client and Raytheon.

Desired Skills :

Required Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience, such as military service or providing other relevant contractual support to the USG. Travel time expected : 10% CONUS and OCONUS.
