A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Trust & Field Security Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Scale and enhance programs like the Customer Trust Center to provide customers with security, privacy, and compliance information
Act as a trusted advisor for customer security teams, supporting sales and account managers in client-facing discussions
Analyze and respond to cybersecurity sections of RFIs and RFPs, maintaining accurate security documentation
Required Qualifications :
At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
Minimum 4 years in customer-facing roles, advising senior security and IT leaders
Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks
Experience in developing scalable Customer Trust programs preferred
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous
