About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key member of the Executive Team, serving as a trusted business partner to the CEO and providing financial and risk management leadership.
This role is pivotal in driving the company's financial strategy, maintaining financial control systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, billing, and tax management.
Continuous improvement of financial procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs is also a critical aspect of the position.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a Master's or advanced degree and CPA / MBA strongly preferred.
A minimum of 15 years' of progressive financial experience is required, with a proven track record in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, and risk management.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of financial acumen and business partnership, experience in a high-paced environment, and a background in global financial and tax strategies.
Desirable qualities include excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
The CFO will also be expected to have experience in transactional work, managing investors and bankers, and a history of successful financial leadership during periods of growth and change.
