Open Roles

Electrical Foreman

Lead and manage a 2–6 person crew.

Plan daily tasks, materials, and inspections.

Read and interpret plans / prints; lay out rough-in / trim; ensure NEC / code compliance.

Coordinate with GCs and other trades; keep projects on schedule and ready for inspections.

Provide daily closeout updates, photos, and brief documentation.

General Electrical Crew (Electricians / Apprentices / Helpers)

Install conduit, panels, pulls / terminations, devices, and lighting.

Assist with rough-in, trim, testing, and troubleshooting.

Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow Foreman direction.

What You Bring

Foreman :

Journeyman license / certification (or equivalent experience).

Strong NEC / code knowledge and proven crew leadership.

Crew :

1+ year field experience (apprenticeship or vocational training a plus).

Ability to read basic schematics / prints and safely use trade tools.

All Candidates :

Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

Physical & Safety Requirements

Lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs; climb ladders; work at heights and in confined spaces.

Work outdoors in all weather with PPE and fall protection.

Dependable attendance; drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
