Mechanical Project Manager
Travelling Mechanical Project Manager :
Our client, a leading construction company in the United States is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team.
As a mechanical project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial, industrial, healthcare and multifamily projects across different states.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working on MEP Construction (mechanical / electrical / plumbing) projects
- Proven track record of managing complex mechanical contracting jobs from start to finish within budget constraints.
- Experience with scheduling software such as MS Projects
Skills :
Project Management - Ability to oversee multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to budgets / timelines / safety protocols / quality standards.
Communication - Excellent communication skills both written & verbal are essential along with strong negotiation ability when dealing with clients / vendors / subcontractors / stakeholders etc.
Leadership - Strong leadership qualities including delegation abilities that can help motivate teams towards achieving objectives effectively whilst promoting teamwork spirit throughout all levels involved in any given task at hand.
Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned multi-million dollar mechanical engineering contracts by determining schedules; organizing resource allocation;
- coordinating subcontractor work products;
- Oversee day-to-day operations onsite during each phase of the project until final completion;
