Louis Grimaldi - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Financial Services Representative to join our established office.
Our ideal candidate is currently licensed (P&C + Life & Health) and is motivated to provide an excellent experience for our new and current customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Property & Casualty license + Life & Health license
- Bilingual Spanish required
