- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Able to learn computer functions
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
$1,000 Bonus at 6 months given successful completion of Property / Casualty and Life / Health licensing in first six weeks plus achievement of production goals in first six months.
