We are looking for a Financial Analyst that can be located in Hingham, MA .

Can work Hybrid 2-3 days a week. Position is not remote.

As a Senior Financial Analyst with one of the world's most respected manufacturers of automatic transfer switches and power control systems, you will support Russelectric's financial reporting, month-end close, planning cycles and operational improvements.

Role Description

  • Work closely with the Performance Controller on the overall month-end closing process, using SAP, SAC, and all other Siemens reporting tools.
  • Financial reporting and analysis of Orders, Sales, Profit, Cash and Asset management items business segment and the Field Service subsegment.
  • Coordinate the budget and forecast processes for the segment.
  • Perform complex financial and operational analysis to support short-term and long-term strategic plans of the business.
  • Support the Performance Controller on cost center controlling.
  • Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports and metrics to provide meaningful and accurate financial information
  • Drive digitalization in finance to promote innovation within our standard reporting and closing processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with the other team members, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), BU management, BU performance controlling, Division management, Central Functions, and other Collaborators.
  • Manage data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance to develop and own appropriate process changes.
  • Play an ambitious role in the Field Service Organization to drive growth and profitability in conjunction with the Director of Field Service and the Field Service Controller.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Experience in financial reporting and consolidation, technical accounting, and operational improvement required; demonstrated ability to perform these functions independently, effectively, and with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with SAP FI / CO and Logistical Processes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English required
  • Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to influence people in a fast-paced multi-cultural business environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in Risk & Internal Controls and Siemens's Financial Reporting Guidelines preferred.
  • Proven organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Ability to learn and lead process-improvement using new reporting tools such as Knime, SAC and Tableau

The pay range for this position is $96-$115K. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
