New : Radiation Oncology Opportunity in Southern Ohio (Excellent Compensation)!!
BENEFITS :
Hospital Employed - Base salary for someone finishing training starts at $460,800 (not yet boarded is 5% less) plus additional compensation for experience.
Current physician is producing at 75% tile. Potential is more than $$652,000.
Vacation : 29 PTO (paid time off) days
CME / Books & Journals : 5 days and up to $5000 reimbursement
eligible for :
1.) Up to 10% of base income for meeting performance indicators
2.) Up to 20% of base for organizational performance
2 year contract
Radiation Oncology Office includes :
2RN’s, 4 Radiation Therapists (3 full-time), 1 full time Dosimetrist,
1 fulltime Physicist, 1 full time Cancer Registrar.
Comprehensive electronic medical records integrated with medical oncology department. Cancer Center has two medical oncologists and opened in November 2004.
Open 8a.m. to 5p.m., Monday Friday.
Hospital service area of over 120,000 population.
Patient Load : Currently seeing 20-25 patients per day
Can handle 40-50 per day
