Norman Regional Health System's Inpatient Rehab RN works within the Rehabilitation Center at Norman Regional Health System which is a comprehensive inpatient rehab unit.

Our goal is to help our patients get back to living their life. Our team is a group of highly trained professionals that utilize state of the art equipment and have a compassionate service directed spirit.

RN essential functions include, but are not limited to :

collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data.

establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care.

delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions.

performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.

Diploma or Associate's Degree (ADN) - Required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred

Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred

Previous RN experience in Rehab - Preferred

BLS - Required

ACLS - Required

CRRN Certification - Strongly Preferred
