Job Description:
Vetted has immediate nationwide opportunities for 13-week Travel Ultrasound Tech contracts at competitive hourly rates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ultrasound imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosis.
- Prepare patients and equipment for ultrasound exams, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Analyze and document ultrasound images accurately.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow safety protocols
- Keep accurate records of patient information and imaging results.
Qualifications:
- Certified Ultrasound Technologist with active credentials.
- A valid state license in sonography (Vetted can assist with new licenses if needed).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech, preferably in a travel role.
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound techniques and safety measures.
Skills:
- Clinical expertise and technical proficiency in ultrasound imaging.
- Critical thinking and decision-making.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
