What work you will be responsible for :

• Perform Manager level compliance review and tax return signoff.
• Review Federal and State Corporate tax returns, including Form 1120-PC and Form 1120-L.
• Supervising engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm.
• Coaching, mentoring and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of the tax function.
• Maintaining knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect the client.

Basic Qualifications :

• Experience serving clients in the Insurance field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• CPA, EA, or JD.
• 6+ years of progressive tax experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.

Preferred Location : New York

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $150,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.

The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
