Your responsibilities
- QCS contact for all Beneo Inc. direct customers for all product lines.
- Oversight of US customer documentation process - including all information related to quality, regulatory, supply chain and legal entity documents.
- Work with PL QCS team to further improve the responsiveness to customer requests including defining what information is needed in order to comply with US FSMA requirements.
- Interact with QA / QC as needed to satisfy customer information requests and / or remediate customer problems
- Respond to customer questionaires
- Lead Beneo Inc. complaint management process in compliance with BENEO corporate quality process.
- Serve in role as PCQI for Beneo Inc. FSVP.
Your Profile
- Education : Minimum B.S. Food Science or related degree program
- 5 years working experience in the food industry preferably with customer documentation experience
- Understanding of US Food Safety regulations
- Good communication and organizational skills
