Summary :
The Deburr Associate will follow and take guidance, and instruction from the Deburr Lead. This position is responsible for deburring and cleaning CNC parts.
Description :
- Know and follow all departmental policies and SOP's.
- Attention to detail is needed, performing visual checks for defects on parts.
- Display good attendance and work ethic.
- Work diligently on the company's top priorities - safety, quality, and productivity.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
- The ability to run abrasive equipment.
- Perform other duties as required such as supporting other production areas.
- Ensure that departmental work is performed in a safe manner according to company safety standards.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of the company's products, equipment, and safety protocol.
- Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills.
