Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the branch team to meet goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Manage daily operations, candidate placements, and branch metrics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Screen, match, and place light industrial candidates to meet client needs.
• Drive branch growth and contribute to strategy for market expansion.
