Job Description : JBW Federal is seeking a Facility Manager for the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) from Hurlburt Field, FL.
What You'll Be Doing :
You will maintain facility diagrams including, but not limited to : Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Cabling, Floor Plans.You will have access to work order and ticketing systems and understand the process of requesting base Civil Engineering (CE) support including but not limited to : opening tickets through the CE Helpdesk or Tririga ticket system or NEXGEN IT, or the current real-property CE helpdesk system, escalating tickets when needed, and contacting CE in case of emergency work orders.You will monitor and inspect facility Uninterruptable Power System (UPS) battery backup, facility HVAC Systems and generators along with coordinating maintenance as necessary with Base Civil Engineer (CE) or vendor.You will ensure alterations to Facility Real Property be coordinated and approved by the Base (CE) IAW AFI 32-1001 para 7.1.4 by monitoring and inspecting the facilities for general maintenance and coordinate maintenance as necessary with base civil engineering or vendor including, but not limited to : Carpet, Floor tiles, Walls, Cabinets, Breakroom and bathroom fixtures and faucets, Electrical fixtures and lighting, and Doors.What Required Qualifications You'll Bring :
Required Facility Manager Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM)5 years of experience in facility managementAbility to travel CONUS and OCONUS Occasionally.
