Service Advisor – Kenneth’s Car Care

Location : Kingwood, TX

Type : Full-Time

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm
  • No weekends! Enjoy your time off.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly face of Kenneth’s Car Care — greeting customers, listening to their needs, and making them feel at ease.
  • Write accurate repair orders and explain technician recommendations in plain, easy-to-understand language.
  • Provide clear estimates and guide customers through their repair or maintenance decisions.
  • Keep communication flowing between customers and technicians.
  • Manage workflow and scheduling to keep our shop running smoothly.
  • Build trust by recommending services that matter, never overselling.

    • Requirements

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or strong customer service background (automotive experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Tech-savvy with repair order systems (experience with CCC, or similar preferred).
  • A passion for cars, problem-solving, and making people’s day better.
