Job Summary : The Dental Assistant (DA) works on behalf of the patient and the dentist helping to ensure a high level of professional excellence in oral health care delivery.

Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for the delivery of exceptional dental care through the preparation of the treatment room, instruments, and materials, and assisting the dental providers as needed
- The Dental Assistant is the patient’s advocate throughout their dental experience, providing meaningful patient feedback with compassion
- Create a positive memorable, and individualized experience for each patient
- Have the patient feel welcome comfortable, and cared for during their time with us
- Assist in any way possible to increase patients’ knowledge, trust, and confidence in the doctors, other team members, and services we deliver
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
- Ensure remarkable sterilization and infection control procedures are followed
- Precisely maintain dental instruments, supplies and equipment inventory, and other ancillary duties
- Always maintain the cleanliness of the office
- Gather patient testimonials and online reviews
- Setting up the rooms accurately
- Making sure supplies are present
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment
- Take radiographs as needed
- Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in the achievement of patient satisfaction and office production goals by working efficiently and providing a high level of patient service
