Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, Visual Design, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations or other related field. Required Qualifications : In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities. 2+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles. Knowledge of content management tools (CMS Hub, Squarespace, and / or WordPress). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and email Marketing platforms. Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies. Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : Relevant certificates like Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, and / or HubSpot's Inbound Certification Course. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush. Knowledge of photography and videography. A / E / C industry experience Responsibilities : Campaign management : Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels and platforms. Content creation : Create, develop and publish written, visual, and other digital content to support marketing and communication goals. Data analysis : Monitor campaign performance, measure key metrics (like traffic and conversion rates), and use data to make informed decisions. Optimization : Optimize campaigns for search engines (SEO / SEM) and other platforms to improve performance and maximize ROI. Market research : Research advertising trends, competitor activities, and target audience to inform strategy. Reporting : Communicate campaign results, growth, and analytics to management and other stakeholders. Salary : $65,000-$85,000 annually Bonus Pay : A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management's discretion.
