Job Description

If you are a high-performing auto dealership new car sales manager with sold track record for

success, and you are looking to take your career to the next level, this position may be for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Desk deals, helping salespeople close their customers.
  • Responsible for training, leading, and developing the sales staff.
  • Provide the sales department with exceptional customer service.
  • Help find new ways to create new customers and to keep the

existing customers.

  • Meet and surpass quotas and projections on a regular basis.
  • Provide essential documents and maintain impeccable record

keeping.

Attend all required meeting, training sessions, and educational

opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Two years of retail automotive sales management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK

experience preferred.

  • Clean NYS drivers license.
  • Ability to lead, and train.
