Job Details

Working in the town of Danbury, Connecticut
15 to 20 patients per day
This is a full-time position
Physician role
Signing bonus available

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $255,608 to $368,076 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.

Responsibilities

Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute carecommunities

Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMSguidelines

Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safepatient transitions

Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meetingMedicare guidelines

Qualifications

Board Certified internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM), or emergency medicine (EM)

Willing to train experienced candidates as well

Licensed in state
