RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional patient care to long-term residents
- Supervise and support the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Complete accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Administer medication and communicate relevant reports to the appropriate staff
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current LPN license in New York State
- Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
