Key Responsibilities

• Case Management : Thoroughly evaluate and investigate personal injury claims, preparing strong cases for litigation or settlement.
• Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate settlements with insurance companies to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Legal Documentation : Draft, review, and file essential legal documents and pleadings with precision.
• Research & Compliance : Stay current on personal injury laws and regulations to provide top-notch legal guidance.

Qualifications

• Education : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years practicing Personal Injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and case management skills, with the ability to handle a high caseload under pressure.
• Licensing : Must be licensed to practice law in the state where our firm operates.
• Bonus : Experience as a Personal Injury Attorney is a plus.
