As the Management System Manager for Mosaic's North America Phosphate operations, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Mosaic Management System (MMS), ensuring it is not just compliant on paper but truly effective in practice. In this role, you will translate strategic direction into clear, usable processes that empower site teams, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and foster a culture of accountability. You will collaborate with leaders and frontline teams to ensure the MMS reflects our values of environmental stewardship, proactive risk management, and shared responsibility. Success means the MMS is actively used and valued, key performance indicators reflect real risk mitigation, and processes are continuously improved to keep our people and communities safenot just "paper safe." What You'll Do :

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the Mosaic Management System (MMS), ensuring alignment with EHS and operational priorities.
• Help shape the MMS to be forward-looking, risk-based, and integrated with Mosaic's business strategy, while ensuring documented processes reflect real field practices.
• Collaborate across functional teams (e.g., PSM, Assurance, PMO, Technology, Governance) to ensure the MMS is effectively integrated with their initiatives.
• Maintain strong site engagement to guide implementation, coach leaders, and embed MMS into daily operations.
• Assist sites in using the MMS to prioritize risk-based actions and evaluate system effectiveness through self-assessments and other internal checks.
• Develop and monitor relevant and actionable KPIs associated to the MMS, facilitate steering committee reviews, and reinforce accountability for closing performance gaps.
