Responsibilities
The Compliance Officer will :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that encompasses all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Monitor and assess compliance risk, identify potential areas of concern, and develop strategies to mitigate risk
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Project manage the accreditation process, when applicable
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
- 5 years of extensive experience in Compliance
- Master's Degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Law, and / or Business)
- CHC, CHCP, CHRC certifications
- Senior-level Compliance experience
Desired Skills :
- Compliance experience in a Social Services and / or Nonprofit setting
