Hybrid Full-Time Executive Personal Assistant to Entrepreneur

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hybrid Full-Time Executive Personal Assistant to support a (wonderful) dynamic entrepreneur.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of managing a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
This role calls for someone who be on premise at a home office as needed, work form your own home as well as attend meetings with the client as necessary.
Day to Day duties can include but are not limited to :
Manage and organize the entrepreneur’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.
Manage spread sheets
Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, organizing personal events, and managing household matters.
Coordinate personal travel arrangements and itineraries.
Support various business projects, including research, data collection, and reporting.
Track progress and ensure deadlines are met for ongoing projects.
Act as a liaison between the entrepreneur and clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
Draft and proofread communications, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
