Summary :
The Facility is located in San Francisco, CA. We are looking for candidates who can
Conducts initial and periodic occupational therapy assessments to determine Participants' care needs, preferences, and goals.
Establishes realistic and measurable goals and sets up treatment plans to administer rehabilitation treatment.
- Participates as an active member of the IDT for Participant care planning.
- Remains alert to pertinent input from other team members, Participants, and caregivers and updates the IDT promptly regarding any changes in Participants' condition or medical status.
- Oversees skilled and therapeutic exercises in the Rehabilitation Gym ensuring that therapy conforms to accepted industry practice standards and organizational / department standards.
Qualification :
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Valid and current California Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
- Minimum two years clinical experience with adults with as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current BLS certification.
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin) is required.
