Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and direct project design, permitting, and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout.
- Ensure financial, quality, and safety performance of assigned projects.
- Train and mentor junior project team staff.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years'experience managing commercial / industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or comparable relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, management, computer skills, and attention to detail.
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate certification preferred.
- 10 yrs of experience and a 4 year degree with knowledge and experience in the reclad / siding and restoration commercial projects
