• Collaborate with our recruiting team to understand client needs and identify qualified candidates for various job openings.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations, showcasing the value of our staffing services and how they align with client requirements.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements while ensuring client satisfaction and a win-win partnership.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the staffing or related industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
