Job Duties and Responsibilities

Architect design and implement Oktabased IAM solutionsacross workforce identity ensuring secure and efficient access foronpremise and cloudbased applications and resources.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of IAM concepts andarchitecture around SSO federation identity governance privilegedaccess management.

Experience with Okta IdentityGovernance (OIG) and OKTA Workflows is a must. Develop / deploy newworkflows for implementing user life cycle.

Strongunderstanding of IAM concepts including identity federation SSOSAML OAuth OIDC MFA rolebased access control (RBAC) and leastprivilege principles.

Development using NodeJS ReactJSJavaScript HTML DevOps REST APIs SQL

OKTA Identity &Access Management with threat detection knowledge involvingresponsibilities related to maintaining identity managementprograms architecture and standards for delivering enterprisewideidentity services.

Proactively identify potential threats exploitattempts and other security events related to Directory Servicesand IAM.

Make recommendations and / or take action tomitigate these issues as appropriate. Actively contribute to andparticipate in security incident response as needed.

Person responsible for managing user accounts permissions accesscontrols monitoring security incidents collaborating withdepartments to ensure secure access security protocols scriptinglanguages other IAM tools and staying updated on industrytrends.

Extensive handson knowledge of identity andaccess management best practices procedures and softwaresolutions

Education andExperience :

Bachelors Degree or equivalentexperience in Information Technology or Computer Science

Handson experience in demonstrating OKTA Policies &Functions.

Experience with NIST and other industrystandards.

Competencies :

Requires explaining technical aspects tosimple terminologies for other teams to understand.

Requires a wellorganized and persuasive individual who can managemultiple priorities at once

Must have good meetingmanagement presentation and communication skills to keepconversations focused and productive.

Must beselfdriven; able to manage schedules meet deadlines coordinate withothers and perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Musthave the ability to work with a diverse audience under tightdeadlines and negotiate successful outcomes to challengingproblems.

Superior communication skills with the abilityto ask questions escalate roadblocks early and interact effectivelyat multiple levels in the organization

Solid workingknowledge of information security concepts and controls

Other Qualifications :

Professional certification (OktaCertification) is a plus.
