Specify if the provider has their own office or will cover at an office. Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Own a laptop (no Mac / Apple products). Willingness to wear a mask during all visits. Active military duty, reserves, or actively employed at the VA. Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 0-3 years of residency. Active and unrestricted license. Specify if the provider is DMA Certified and provide certification details. Note providers' travel locations and provide full home address for CV. Additional Details : Start Date : ASAP - ongoing Availability : Block-time preferred, but will consider providers with sporadic availability on an as-needed basis. Specialties Accepted : Family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or any background in general medicine. Exam Type : One-time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments. Exams Format : Primarily interview-based with some physical assessments (range of motion testing, muscle strength testing). Prescribing / Treatment : None required. Credentialing : Quick credentialing & onboarding. DMA Certification : Available (can obtain CME credits) - to be obtained post-privileging if not already certified. Equipment : Use of Goniometer required. Expertise : Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required. Technology : Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops / MACs). Training : Provided for all Reporting / Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Reporting : DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report.
