Summary :

The Data Quality Specialist is responsible for abstracting, analyzing and submitting data to National Data Registries.

Responsibilities :

Provides timely, accurate data with the goal of ensuring excellent patient care.Abstracts, validates, analyzes and submits data.Informs and educates leadership and physicians regarding outcomes reporting nuances and benchmarking.Participates in PI processes to identify and strategize opportunities for improvement.

Additional Job Information :

Complexity of Work : Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Required Work Experience : Three (3) years of experience in areas of clinical focus.Other Information :
