We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive sales in the fitness industry.
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our top-tier fitness equipment to commercial clients in Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas.
You'll engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that showcase the benefits of our products.
Your ability to build relationships and close sales will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our fitness equipment.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand and articulate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the fitness or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with fitness equipment and a passion for health and wellness.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position is based in our O'Fallon, MO location with an expectation of some time in the office. Must be based within a reasonable commute to be considered.
