We're seeking a skilled real estate attorney to join our team. Our ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3-5 CURRENT years of real estate foreclosure litigation experience. You must have a current license and exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills. Responsibilities

Consider all legal aspects of clients' circumstances and desired outcome to provide sound legal advice to them
Delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff
Appear on behalf of your clients at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation
Draft and file First Legal foreclosure complaints, summons, and initial pleadings
Prepare motions for default, summary judgment, and discovery responses
Attend foreclosure hearings both personally and virtually
Communicate clearly and regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy

Qualifications

Hold a current law license in the state and be a member of your local bar association

Must be computer proficient

Outstanding research, negotiation, networking, and communication skills are necessary
