The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues.
- Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
- 8+years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Relevant certifications (PMP, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
