  • Facility : A General Medical and Surgical Hospital

    • Trauma : Level 1

  • Schedule : Dates : December 13, 2021 - Ongoing (July 2022)

    • Shift Schedule : Provider 1 : 7 on 7 off, swing 2pm-12am

  • Shift Schedule : Provider 2 : 7 on 7 off, days 8am-6pm
  • No Call
  • Assignment : Inpatient Rounding and ER Admissions

    • Census : Adults

  • History, Physicals and Pre-Op Assessments
  • EKG Interpretations
  • No Code Blue
  • EMR : Epic
