What You'll Do

As a Senior Principal / Director, you will collaborate with technology clients to address business challenges through innovative solutions that integrate business advisory services, data analytics and technology, This role involves partnership with the Data & Analytics capability.

  • Lead and deliver high-impact consulting solutions in data analytics, strategy, and business transformation.
  • Provide strategic guidance to High-Tech industry clients.
  • Create go-to-market offerings and thought leadership based on industry trends.
  • Drive large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy formulation to execution
  • Partner with business development teams in pre-sales activities, focusing on client-centric solutions.
  • Manage and mentor client engagement teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Leverage expertise in business strategy, digital transformation, and data analytics to achieve tangible client results.
  • Lead business development and project delivery, incorporating data engineering, data science, and data visualization when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions addressing client needs.
  • Develop value propositions and business cases for C-suite presentations.
  • Create enterprise-wide solutions to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Act as a senior expert in strategy and data analytics for business transformation.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and lead proposal development.
  • Drive transformation across operations, strategy, processes, people, and tools.
  • Engage in executive-level conversations to effectively articulate solutions and outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, information systems, business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field;

MBA or other advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in management consulting with leading firms such as PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience in both selling and delivering client work.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex consulting engagements, including strategy development, implementation, and change management.
  • Deep industry expertise across multiple sectors, with a focus on understanding industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through client relationship management, business development and thought leadership activities.
  • Analytics mindset with a strategic orientation, coupled with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on client satisfaction and value creation.
  • Comprehensive implementation experience across business advisory services, data analytics, and technology.
  • Proficiency in data engineering, data science, or analytics consulting with experience across data domains.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We are open to hiring at the Senior Principal OR Director level for this role.

For Senior Principal, the base salary pay range is $167,000 - $235,000. For Director, the base salary pay range is $192,000 - $278,000.

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
