Responsibilities :
- Overseeing a team of project managers.
- Leading projects of suitable scope and complexity.
- Managing timelines and budgets.
- Engaging in pre-sales activities for upcoming projects.
Qualifications :
- PE in the state of Texas.
- Civil Engineering Bachelors Degree.
- Proven track record in project management, adept at balancing multiple deadlines and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and employees to build lasting relationships.
Desired :
- Previous experience in program management within an AEC-related firm.
- Proven success in securing contracts with TxDOT.
- Strong track record of winning projects with county and municipal agencies.
