Coordinator
Leading Commercial Mechanical Contactor in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Coordinator for our ever-growing team.
Our team consists of independent, well rounded, and friendly people that work together to get the job done!
Hours : Monday through Friday from 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm with 1 hour lunch time TBD
Salary Determined on Experience $60K +
Job Responsibilities :
- Reviewing Contracts
- Job Set Up
- Writing Purchase Orders
- Customer Introductory Emails
- Update and Maintain Projects Schedule
- Handling COIs and W9s
- Projects Billing and Follow Up For Payment
- Additional miscellaneous duties
Knowledge Base :
- AIA Billing Experience Required
- Microsoft Suite
- Google Sheets
- Well Organized / Detail Oriented
- Prevailing Wage Billing
- High Level Communication Skills
- Data Entry
- Comfortable with Construction / Mechanical Atmosphere
- Sales Force experience is a plus but not required.
- Notary Public is a plus but not required.
