As a Project Coordinator II, you should have intermediate time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes, liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

You'll also ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve, help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project progress and address issues that arise via proper communication and escalation.

Additionally, you will act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders, work with the Program Manager to remove road blocks, use tools to monitor and control performance, plans and expenditures and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems.

Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground / flight training and complete logistics support.

IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries.

Responsibilities :

  • Tracking and managing material deliveries
  • Supporting the Program Manager in management of the cost, schedule, risks and opportunities to include some administrative duties
  • Manage repair vendor relationships and cycle times
  • Management and oversight of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) process and on time submittals

Must-haves :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Fundamental MS Office Skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
  • Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
  • Prior experience working in or working with deployed maintenance teams ·
  • An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred :

  • Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned · Data entry into PM Systems
  • Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
  • Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments · Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in change management
  • Working towards or completed CAPM or PMP certification

Estimated Starting Salary Range : $68,926.06 - $94,773.33. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education / training / certifications.

This position requires current / active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.

The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.

Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.
