- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members.- Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques.- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans.- Support patients through crisis situations with appropriate interventions.
- Comply with facility policies and procedures related to patient care.
