Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead the development of high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of server-side applications using C++ on Linux

Manage a team of software engineers and ensure adherence to coding standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver features

Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency in C++ (11 / 14 / 17 preferred)

Solid experience with Linux-based development environments and shell scripting

Hands-on knowledge of CGI programming using C++ or Perl

8+ years of software development experience, including 2 years in a technical leadership role

Proven track record of shipping scalable and maintainable code
