Compensation :

$50,000 - $100,000+ yearly

Responsibilities :

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of engaging with potential clients in the Charleston real estate market through prospecting, arranging meetings, and negotiating contracts.
• Seize the opportunity to specialize in client acquisition, a crucial component of the real estate sector, while working towards obtaining your Real Estate License.
• Join a dedicated team committed to identifying talent, providing training, and assisting individuals in their journey to becoming licensed real estate agents.
• Benefit from sponsored training to enroll in real estate school at zero cost, with a performance-based real estate sales position as you advance towards acquiring your license.
• Progress to an advanced real estate agent training program after passing your exam, acquiring the essential skills to become a consistent six-figure earning real estate agent in Charleston.
