We aim to seamlessly integrate TikTok's captivating user experiences into compelling branding experiences, placing video at the heart of our platform's success.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product management, partnerships, and regional go-to-market teams to identify key gaps and develop strategic directions for our sponsorship product and packaged offerings.

  • Utilize your expertise and market knowledge in premium video and sponsorships products tailored for brand advertisers to craft short and long-term strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to influence advertisers, agencies, and cross-functional partners positively.
  • Define clear go-to-market strategies for TikTok's suite global sponsorship programs, ensuring effective communication of value propositions to the market.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand market needs and inform product development direction.-Work closely with Partnerships, Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute regional strategies, programs, and initiatives effectively.-Develop a deep understanding of TikTok's video advertising products, content partnerships, advertising systems, operational processes, and measurement products.

Leverage these insights to achieve customer goals and enhance product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications : -Currently pursuing a full time MBA or related discipline -Product marketing or product management experience with premium video ads or custom programs -Experience in the digital advertising industry, preferably at a platform or media company Preferred Qualifications : -Knowledge of brand advertising objectives and experience in developing compelling solutions across industries.

  • Proficiency in product, sales, and marketing processes, from alpha testing to full launch.-Ability to craft compelling multi-product narratives and simplify marketing messaging for global and vertical audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the capacity to drive large, complex go-to-market initiatives and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Commercial acumen with experience building business cases using market research and analysis.-Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skill
