- RN NEEDED FOR PER DIEM WORK;
- NYS Registered Nurse
- This is a position that would go between areas in the region; Herkimer County, Albany County, Montgomery County, Fulton County, Greene County.
- Must have recent experience performing and entering UAS assessments for adult patients (preferably in an assisted living setting)
o Assessments must be done in person during hours that are acceptable to the home / residents
o Paperwork can be potentially done remotely
- Experience in doing UAS assessment to achieve RUG scores as it relates to physical / occupational / speech therapy STRONGLY preferred
- Experience with OASIS assessments preferred but not required
Work Location : In person
